The Ministry of Sound was fantastic. We spent most of our time in Old Berlin, this big warehouse with graffiti all over the exterior walls that we have always walked by plenty of times but had never wondered before what it was. The doors were wide open most of the time and it was freezing cold so most of my time was spent on this absolutely lovely and most comfortable white sofa with a bunch of other people, chilling out and listening to the music and making conversation with a bunch of other strangers who were also enjoying the comfy sofa. The same crowd of people kept coming back to the sofa - we all loved it! I wanted to take it home by the end of the night. The Duchess spent most of her time racing about and coming to vist moi on my sofa every now and then. But the temperature! *shudder* So terribly cold. Right across from my sofa was this huge white mask of a goblin-like creature looking down over the crowd from above, it was pretty cool.
The next day was spent recuperating from MOS. We spent most of it slouching around, eating KFC and watching the 25th Hour, Scrubs and a bunch of weird late-night TV shows while having hot soup and garlic bread.
Oooh, that reminds me. Tonight is Thursday aka TV night! There's going to be the Amazing Race, Scrubs, Family Guy, and American Dad. Hooray!
I made brownies yesterday for the Gutter Philosopher and Pharrell because they were studying. There was a whole pan of them and only a slice left today. *Beams* I'm so proud that my first try at making brownies was a success. Next week, we'll have some more, and when the guys' exams are over, we'll make proper happy brownies to celebrate!!! Well, I want to anyway.
